The Sheriff is the chief elected peace official of Clarion County. The office serves warrants, PFA (Protection From Abuse), court orders and civil papers. The Clarion County Sheriff’s Office is located on the basement level of the Clarion County Courthouse where it maintains a single point of entry security check point to the building and courts system. The office is responsible for various aspects of the Clarion County court system including transporting prisoners to and from correction facilities and courts throughout Pennsylvania. When requested, the office also provides event security.
