The Clarion County District Attorney's office is responsible for the prosecution of criminal activity occurring within Clarion County. The District Attorney supervises investigations by law enforcement, provides guidance and advice to police, insures victims and witnesses are informed of their rights, organizes and implements educational programs throughout the county and is the final authority on what charges will be brought against any individual.
Clarion County Victim/Witness Assistance Program to offer all crime victims and witnesses the rights and services to which they are entitled under the Pennsylvania Crime Victims Bill of Rights and the standards set forth by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency.
